3. Drink sufficient water Drink 8 to10 glasses of water each day to flush toxins from your system and maintain good moisture and mucous production in your sinuses.
4. Boost your immune system Keeping your body strong, nourished, and ready to fight infection is important in flu prevention. So stick with whole grains, colorful vegetables, and vitamin-rich fruits.
5. Keep informed The government is taking necessary steps to prevent the pandemic and periodically release guidelines to keep the pandemic away. Please make sure to keep up to date on the information and act in a calm manner.
6. Avoid alcohol Apart from being a mood depressant, alcohol is an immune suppressant that can actually decrease your resistance to viral infections like swine flu. So stay away from alcoholic drinks so that your immune system may be strong.

CREATE FOLDER WITH NONAME

Try this

Create a New Folder from Windows Explorer Select rename & type: "ALT+255"(Use Numpad)..thats it! ALT+255 stands for blank character in ASCII...so it still accepts your folder name!

Folders with name: CON, PRN, AUX, CLOCK$, NUL, COM1, COM2, COM3, COM4, COM5,COM6, COM7, COM8, COM9, LPT1, LPT2, LPT3, LPT4, LPT5, LPT6, LPT7, LPT8, & LPT9cant be created using Windows Explorer or Command Prompt directly! ( Try thisout.. right click on your desktop and try creating folder named "con"it changesback to "New Folder" )


This is prevented as XP terms these folders as SYSTEM Folder Names reserved onlyfor the Operating System.


But there is a backdoor..(this trick is to createsystem folders on XP through command prompt )



Try this:

CREATION

Syntax: md \\.\\$path

Example:prompt>md \\.\\C:\con

Explanation: This would create a folder named "con" on your "C Drive"

Similarly to delete such folder:
DELETION
Syntax: rd/s \\.\\$path
Example: prompt>rd/s \\.\\C:\con
Explanation: This would remove the folder named "con"!Note: rd(Remove Directory) command is used with "/s" switch as otherwise itwould give error that "folder is not empty"!

Remove autorun.inf

first of all u need to restart computer in safe modeand

1. select start > goto run> type msconfig > then hit enter

2. and goto starup and see what are the unnecessary startup entries u have (if dont'u know what are the unnecessary see lable heading COMMAND on top of this startup section expand it to know what are necessary)

3. and again restart computer again

4. select start > goto run> type cmd

5. and type drive name : ex - c: or d: or e: or i: and it enter

6. and type this command : dir/ah

7. now u can see hidden objects or filesthose are mainly : autorun.inf and other files like : p.exe, xerp8nj.exe, system3_.exe, xmcckw.bat, 9kretct.exe, s.exe, yhh.bat, q9.cmd, gclwpivc.cmd, sm.exe, cj1m.com, 6phx.com, 28b6ry9r.exe, 3.cmd, xdglur.batsv8c2bjw.bat, fsaht.cmd, gpcdt.cmd, gbm6n.exe, d9c.bat, cahpcg.cmd, 8paf1d.com, metdgv.bat, uo10sn.cmd, n0euybx.exe

8. next type command as it is as follows

attrib -h -s -r *.*del autorun.inf hit enter

del hit enter

example : del p.exe9.

now restart u r computer

ESET Smart Security NOD32 Offline Update - June 28th 2009 (4194) 33.32 MBUpdate your NOD32 without internet connection.
* Extract to any folder. You should get a folder called “nod_upd” along with the update files inside.* Move that folder to the C:\. (You should have “c:\nod_upd”)
* Open up the NOD32 Control Center by clicking on the system tray icon.
* Open the “Update” screen and click on “Setup”
* In the “Server” dropdown list, choose the last item which should point to C:\nod_upd.
* Click OK to close the update setup window.
* Back at the update screen, click “Update now”
